BOOKING- and PAYMENT TERMS

For a binding written reservation of an apartment, we kindly ask you to pay the agreed deposit within 7 days.
Please transfer the remaining balance to our bank account at least one week before arrival:

For short-term bookings, the remaining amount can be paid at check-out on the day before departure with cash or an EC card (A/D/NL). 

 

Cancellation conditions and general terms and conditions: The provisions of the Austrian hotel contract (Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply. Subject to change.We recommend taking out travel insurance!

  • The apartments are ready for check-in from around 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m. at latest. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival and contact us if you are going to be late.
  • Please note: A change of registered guests during the stay is not permitted
  • Each apartment has a maximum of one parking spot. Additional parking spots can be provided only upon request. Apartment No. 1 has two parking spots available.
  • The daily rate is €5 per parking spot.
